Some products are designed and personalized by Xuvoria and professionally manufactured or fulfilled by trusted production partners.

Product availability, materials, dimensions, colors, prices, and production times may change without prior notice.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

Mockups, digital previews, lifestyle photographs, screen displays, lighting, materials, and production methods may cause the final product to differ slightly from images shown online.

Measurements are approximate and may be subject to reasonable production tolerances.

We do not guarantee that every device displays colors accurately.

4. PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

Unless otherwise stated, we may produce the product using the information exactly as submitted.

Personalized products cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

5. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

You represent that you own or have permission to use any photograph, text, logo, artwork, or other content submitted to us.

You grant Xuvoria and its production partners a limited license to use, modify, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to fulfill, support, replace, or refund your order.

You are responsible for claims arising from content submitted without proper authorization.

We may reject content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful or prohibited.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• Personalization information is missing.
• Submitted content violates these Terms.
• A product is unavailable.
• A price, inventory, description, or technical error occurred.
• Delivery to the requested location is unavailable.
• The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

When we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT

You agree to pay the product price, shipping charges, taxes, customs charges, and other amounts shown or lawfully applicable to the order.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Risk and responsibility for a shipment are determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the delivery.

11. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Our Cancellation & Modification Policy and Return, Refund & Replacement Policy form part of these Terms.

Where these policies conflict with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory consumer law applies.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content, including text, graphics, templates, designs, product photography, logos, mockups, layout, source files, and software, are owned by or licensed to Xuvoria.

Purchasing a personalized physical product does not transfer ownership of editable templates, production files, or other intellectual property.

13. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

When you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, or non-private feedback, you grant us permission to display, reproduce, and edit it for reasonable business and promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish private order photographs or personalized customer images without permission.
