Xuvoria LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Xuvoria ("Xuvoria," "we," "us," or "our"), operates xuvoria.com and related services (the "Services"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Services and purchases from Xuvoria.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website.

1. Store and Eligibility

Xuvoria sells personalized, customized, and made-to-order gifts and related physical products.

Products are sold by Xuvoria LLC. We may use production, fulfillment, technology, payment, and shipping service providers to operate our business and fulfill orders.

Xuvoria currently accepts checkout and delivery to eligible United States addresses available at checkout.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, options, prices, and personalization information accurately.

Because many products are made to order, minor differences in color, placement, measurements, texture, stitching, printing, material, or finish may occur. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.

3. Personalized Products

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, photographs, sizes, phone models, colors, product options, shipping information, and other personalization details before placing an order.

We may produce personalization exactly as submitted unless otherwise stated.

If you submit photographs, artwork, logos, names, or other content, you confirm that you own that content or have permission to use it for the requested product.

You grant Xuvoria LLC and providers acting on our behalf a limited right to use and process that content only as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, deliver, support, replace, or resolve your order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order due to payment issues, product unavailability, suspected fraud, technical errors, prohibited content, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice before an order is placed.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify or other authorized payment providers.

6. Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact support@xuvoria.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started.

7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Products may be produced or shipped by different production and fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Xuvoria expressly confirms a specific deadline in writing.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our Refund Policy governs returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect products, and other order claims.

Personalized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, or an error in information submitted by the customer.

This does not affect remedies available for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the order or product description.

9. Intellectual Property

The Xuvoria name, branding, website content, original product designs, photographs, graphics, descriptions, artwork, templates, and other content are owned by or licensed to Xuvoria LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our protected content without permission except where permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for ecommerce, payment processing, reviews, advertising, analytics, fulfillment, and shipping.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xuvoria does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every product will appear exactly the same as it appears on a customer's screen.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the revised date.
