For personalization changes, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the details submitted with your order, please email us with:

- Clear photos of the full product
- Close-up photos showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Please keep the product and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
Do not return an item before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery Questions
Before contacting us about a delivery, please check:
- Your shipping confirmation email
- The tracking link provided
- The shipping address entered at checkout
- Mailrooms, porches, parcel lockers, reception areas, and other safe delivery locations
- Household members, neighbors, or building management
Tracking may take several business days to update after a shipping label is created.
Personalization and Photo Uploads
For questions about names, dates, wording, colors, product options, phone models, or uploaded photos, contact us before placing your order whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before checkout. Information may be printed exactly as submitted.
For the best result, upload clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs. Avoid screenshots, blurry images, heavily filtered photos, or files downloaded from social media.

To report content that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or another legal right, email support@xuvoria.com and include your full name and contact information, a description of the protected work or right, a link to the relevant Xuvoria page, an explanation of the concern, and documentation showing ownership or authorization.
