We do not use customer personalization photographs or artwork in unrelated public advertising without separate permission.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, measurements, options, prices, production estimates, and shipping information accurately.
Because products may be personalized and made to order, minor variations in color, placement, texture, measurement, stitching, material, shape, or finish may occur.
Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, photographs, sizes, phone models, colors, product options, personalization information, and shipping information before placing an order.
Personalized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, or information incorrectly submitted by the customer.
This does not limit remedies available where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description or approved personalization.
