How do I personalize my order?
Choose the available options and enter your personalization details on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Please carefully review all names, dates, photos, sizes, phone models, colors, and wording before checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once design or production has started.

Will I receive a design proof?
A proof is provided only when stated on the product page.
If a proof is included, production may begin after your approval. Additional revisions may extend the processing time.
How long does production take?
All Xuvoria products are made to order.
Production time varies by product and is shown on the individual product page. Production time is separate from shipping time.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking may take several business days to update after the shipping label is created.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Products may be made and shipped by different production partners.
Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect option selection, or customer-submitted errors.
This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or not as described.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
Please do not return the item before contacting us.
What if I entered incorrect personalization or address information?
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information before checkout.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once production or shipping has started, changes may not be possible, and additional production or reshipping charges may apply.

Xuvoria works with trusted production and fulfillment partners in different locations.
The manufacturing and shipping location may vary depending on the product and delivery destination.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier fees.
Unless collected during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
